The thermostat was locked so that we couldn't raise it past 68 degrees, which seems crazy to me. It was VERY cold out when we visited, and I ended up sleeping in sweat pants and a sweatshirt.
The heater was not work with a very thin blanket in the room and they did not switch the room for us. The smoke came out when we turned on the emergency heater, we hardly slept for the 2 nights we ...
