US District Judge Allison D. Burroughs will hear arguments over Harvard’s request for a preliminary injunction that would prohibit the Department of Homeland Security from revoking the school’s ability to enroll international students while a lawsuit it filed against the government is pending.

Harvard University said the Trump administration’s ban on enrolling international students is already causing harm and spreading fear, even though a judge has temporarily barred the order from taking effect.
