Anne Burrell may have suffered cardiac arrest prior to her death, according to a 911 call report from the New York City Fire Department, according to People. The Food Network icon died on Tuesday at the age of 55 at her home in Brooklyn, New York.

The Cook Like a Rock Star author served as a mentor on Worst Cooks in America for its entire run, beginning in 2010. Flay was among the rotating celebrity chefs who competed with Burrell, appearing in four seasons.
