Tensions ran high on Sunday night outside of a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Broadview, where about 20 to 30 protestors gathered along Beach Street.

A Chicago man has been charged with aggravated assault of an off-duty Broadview police officer, according to Chicago Police.
