Eric Trump and Vietnam's PM launched a $1.5 billion luxury project with golf courses near Hanoi. The Trump Organization partnered with Kinhbac City amid tariff negotiations.

Set across a 990-hectare property along the Red River, the project will feature two Trump-branded golf courses, a five-star hotel, luxury villas and supporting amenities, according to a statement from the Trump Organization.

HANOI: Eric Trump said the Trump Organization's new US$1.5 billion luxury resort complex to be built in northern Vietnam will "blow everybody away," even as the nation's leaders negotiate with the US administration to avoid a cripplingly high tariff.
