Fort Ticonderoga and Mount Defiance are open for visitation Tuesday through Sunday from 10 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. through October 29, 2023.

The state’s first Safe Haven Baby Box is now available on the north side of the Fort Dodge Fire Department. The box was christened Thursday with a blessing and ribbon cutting ceremony.

FORT DODGE, Iowa — The first Safe Haven Baby Box in Iowa has been installed in Fort Dodge, the city announced Monday. The box is at the Fort Dodge Fire Department at 1515 Central Avenue.
