The Kings Country Supreme Court ruling came out Wednesday, spearheaded by New York Attorney General Letitia James and the Office of Cannabis Management.

The fatal fire happened just after 3:30 a.m. on Sunday at a building on 80th Street between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue.

One person is dead and two others, including a 2-year-old boy, are injured after a fire broke out in Brooklyn overnight, police said.
