Seth Todd, the Portland protester who first donned an inflatable frog costume and spawned an international trend, has been ordered to stay three blocks away from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in the South Waterfront for three months.

Protests are planned in cities nationwide as part of a growing series of rallies opposing President Donald Trump and his administration.

Crowds gathered nationwide to protest, with demonstrations reportedly to be largely peaceful, despite clashes in some cities.

Three people were arrested Saturday during a protest outside of Portland's Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility, authorities announced.

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Protesters broke the front gate of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in South Portland Saturday night following a series of larger demonstrations earlier in the day.

A speaker led attendees in a "rage scream" meant to release their frustration at the Trump administration at the No Kings protest in Palm Springs.
