High surf advisory for Northern Outer Banks and Hatteras Island from Saturday to Monday

On Friday at 5:15 a.m. a high surf advisory was issued by the NWS Newport/Morehead City NC valid from Saturday 7 p.m. until Monday 7 a.m. for Northern Outer Banks and Hatteras Island.
