Crews are battling a five-alarm fire at a Fort Worth apartment complex on West Rosedale Street on Monday afternoon.The Fort Worth Fire Department was called to the six-story building in the 1000 block of West Rosedale Street around 3 p.

The fire department was called to the Cooper Apartments at 1:45 p.m. Monday. Residents have been evacuated and one injury was reported.

The Fort Worth Fire Department was responding Monday afternoon to a five-alarm apartment fire that sent thick plumes of smoke billowing into the air. It was not immediately clear if anyone was hurt during the fire at The Cooper, located at 1001 W. Rosedale Street.
