One lucky player who bought a Nebraska Pick 5 ticket for the Wednesday, March 5 drawing is holding a ticket worth $90,000.

The Nebraska Attorney General’s office has chosen a missing child poster drawn by a 5th grader from Grand Island as the winner of a statewide contest.

The Nebraska Lottery confirmed that one ticket matched all five winning numbers for the $90,000 jackpot. The ticket was sold at Pumpers, 1904 N Diers Ave. in Grand Island. The winning numbers from Wednesday's Nebraska Pick 5 draw were 13, 18, 19, 21, 31.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Interstate 80 across Nebraska was reopened Wednesday after a winter storm shut it down for several hours. At around 11:20 a.m. the Nebraska Department of Transportation said I-80 was entirely reopened. Officials ask that drivers continue to use “extreme caution” as roads are icy and snow-packed.

After seeing a little sleet this morning in Lincoln, we may be in for a spotty mix/drizzle closer to about noon. But the snow ends by early this afternoon for those under either a warning or advisory.
