Neighbors in the Ranchero Village manufactured home community started a donation drive in the wake of EF1 tornado.

A tornado warning issued for Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties, and Philadelphia has expired.

Officials confirmed damage to an estimated 10-15 homes in Bay Ranch and 40-50 homes in Ranchero Village, ranging from minor to severe conditions.

The warning, which is for east central Berks County and northwestern Montgomery County, is in effect until 5:15 p.m. today.
