The bodies of an Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldier and two civilians killed in the Hamas-led October 7 attacks have been recovered from Gaza in a military hostage recovery operation.

She was 71 years old and a mother of three. Her death was confirmed in December 2023.Keidar, along with Inbar Hayman, was the only female hostage left in Hamas captivity. Hayman was killed in captivity,

The hostages were identified as civilians Ofra Keidar and Yonatan Samerano, and soldier Shay Levinson. All were killed on October 7, 2023, the military said.
