DHAKA (Web Desk) - Bangladesh's seasoned campaigner Mahmud Ullah has called it quits from international cricket after 239 ODIs - drawing curtains with 5,689 runs and 82 wickets to his name.

Bangladesh's seasoned all-rounder Mahmudullah has called time on his international career after announcing his decision to retire from the ODIs on Wednesday. Mahmudullah, who recently turned 39, had retired from Tests and T20Is in 2021 and 2024,

Veteran Bangladesh batter Mahmudullah on Wednesday announced his retirement from international cricket. "I have decided to retire from international cricket," the 39-year-old, who retired from Tests in 2021 and T20Is in 2024,

Veteran Bangladesh all-rounder Mahmudullah Riyad has called time on his international career. He retired from Test cricket in 2021 and T20Is in 2024 and after the Champions Trophy, the 39-year-old opted out of ODIs as well.

Making his ODI debut in 2007, Mahmudullah initially played as a lower-order all-rounder. A turning point came in the 2011 World Cup when he guided Bangladesh to a famous win over England.

Mahmudullah played his last match for Bangladesh against New Zealand on February 24 in Rawalpindi as part of the 2025 Champions Trophy.
