A passenger was injured when a motorcycle struck a Jeep attempting a U-turn on Sept. 16 in Hubbard County. According to a Minnesota State Patrol incident report, the crash was reported at 12:44 p.m.
A nearby resident found a man, identified by Keizer police as Michael Sanchez, unconscious on Trail Avenue. Sanchez was taken to a hospital where he died.
