A man has been charged with first-degree murder following a deadly shooting Thursday afternoon in Uptown’s busy Brevard Court area, according to newly released court documents.

The chain’s first Charlotte store will be less than a half mile from an upscale mixed-use development called The Bowl at Ballantyne.
