As Candace Parker embarked on her legendary WNBA career following her time at Tennessee, she signed an endorsement deal with adidas. After her retirement, she became the company’s president of women’s basketball.

With Tennessee's agreement set to expire with Nike in 2026, the Vols will switch back to Adidas as the school's apparel provider.

Adidas reached an agreement to replace Nike as the athletic outfitter of the University of Tennessee, effective July 1, 2026, when the current Nike contract ends. Tennessee left Adidas in 2014 to sign with Nike, and Nike’s amended deal runs through 2026.
