While Chicago Bears coach Ben Johnson solidified his reputation over the last three seasons as a play-calling mastermind, his competitive fire burns white hot.

Here's what we saw from the Bears on Wednesday as they conducted their OTAs at Halas Hall. Johnson wanted to make sure he noted it was the second day of install, meaning the Bears were on their second day working with the playbook Johnson was installing.

Rookies and veterans alike will head to Halas Hall for a number of practices that will span three weeks. Practices will take place May 20–22, 27-30 and June 9-11. Because the Bears have a new head coach, they were able to hold a voluntary minicamp in April with veteran players.
