Liverpool actor James Nelson-Joyce has landed a new role in A Thousand Blows, where he stars alongside fellow Scouser Stephen Graham, playing his on-screen brother. Nelson-Joyce has described the experience as “very lucky”, saying it means a lot to work with someone he’s long admired. The pair appear together in the second series of the Disney drama, which is set in the brutal world of illegal boxing in Victorian London during the 1880s.
