Working out to “Cat Scratch Fever” by Ted Nugent from his album Cat Scratch Fever, 1977. I was visiting my grandparents in San Diego, California in 1977 when an older kid I met skate boarding asked if I had heard the new Ted Nugent album. When I said I had not, he invited me over to his house for iced tea and played the album. We sat in his room with a view of the Pacific Ocean and I listened to the record and I can still recall the excitement I felt as my ears tingled to the amazing guitar riff
