I first demonstrated this T-handle almost 15 years ago and continue to receive questions about it. With that in mind, here is a simplified tutorial. With many gyms still closed, furniture sliders are excellent for home workouts. They're easy to find online or at most hardware stores. I recommend size 9-1/2 x 5-3/4 inches. I've had the same inexpensive pair for over 10 years. I use them on a small strip carpet. And while socks or towels can be used on hardwoods floors, they don't work as well for all of the exercises and you probably won't find a $10 pair that lasts for 10 years.
