If you have bladder leakage with exercise, there are ways to help (besides kegels). Most importantly: don't hold your breath. If you can, try to exhale with exertion and inhale on the easier part of the lift. This will decrease the pressure that goes down to the pelvic floor. Follow along for more. Overhead press without bladder leakage! This movement might seem far away from the bladder and pelvic floor, but because it is straight above them it can cause leakage. It is possible to exercise without bladder leakage!
